How do I get a quote for my phone?
Getting a quote is simple! Click "Sell My Phone" or "Get Quote", select your phone model, storage size, network, and condition. Our system will instantly show you the best price we can offer. The entire process takes less than 60 seconds.
Which phones do you accept?
We currently buy Apple iPhones (models 11 through 16 series) and Samsung Galaxy devices (S21 through S25 series). We accept phones in all conditions — Good, Poor (working), and Broken.
Is there any obligation to sell once I get a quote?
Absolutely not! Getting a quote is completely free with no obligation whatsoever. You only proceed if you're happy with the price offered.
Do you accept phones in broken condition?
Yes! We accept phones in all conditions including broken or faulty devices. The price offered will reflect the condition of the device. Even broken phones can earn you real cash.

Payment

How and when will I get paid?
Payment is made via UK bank transfer (Faster Payments) once we receive and inspect your device. We aim to process payment promptly after receiving your phone. You'll be paid directly to your bank account — no vouchers, no gift cards.
Are there any hidden fees or deductions?
No hidden fees whatsoever. The price quoted is the price you receive, provided the device matches the condition you described. Postage is completely free — we cover all shipping costs.
What happens if the condition of my phone doesn't match what I described?
Our technicians carefully inspect every device. If the condition differs from what was described, we'll contact you with a revised quote. You can choose to accept the new price or we'll return your phone free of charge.
Can you beat a higher quote from a competitor?
We strive to offer the best prices possible. If you've received a genuine, higher quote from another reputable buyer, contact us and we'll do our best to match or beat it.

Postage & Shipping

How does the free postage work?
We offer two free postage options: (1) Print Our Label — we email you a prepaid Royal Mail label to print and attach to your parcel. (2) Send a Pack — we mail you a free padded envelope with a prepaid label included, so no printer needed.
Is my phone insured during shipping?
Yes! Your device is fully insured during transit when you use our prepaid label. We recommend packing your phone securely. Remove your SIM card and perform a factory reset before sending.
How long does the "Send a Pack" option take?
The free packaging kit typically arrives within 2–3 working days. If you'd like to send your phone sooner, choose the "Print Our Label" option as the label is emailed to you within minutes.
Where can I drop off my parcel?
You can drop off your parcel at any Royal Mail post office or post box across the UK. There are thousands of convenient drop-off locations nationwide.

Data & Security

What happens to my data when I sell my phone?
Before sending your phone, we recommend performing a factory reset yourself. Once we receive it, all devices go through our professional military-grade data wiping process to ensure all personal data is completely and permanently erased.
How do I factory reset my iPhone before sending?
Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Erase All Content and Settings. Make sure to sign out of your Apple ID first (Settings → [Your Name] → Sign Out). Also remove your SIM card before posting.
How do I factory reset my Samsung before sending?
Go to Settings → General Management → Reset → Factory Data Reset. Sign out of your Samsung and Google accounts first. Remove your SIM and any SD card before sending.
Is my personal information safe with you?
